Buyer research
AS101LG is the US Bone Crispi Pro kit, with a 6-quart container and a smaller 2.5-quart container. It increases the interchangeable-container format, while remaining a single cooking zone. Do not confuse it with a selectable accessory bundle or an eight-function regional Pro.
Researched from linked manufacturer documentation, external tests and owner feedback. We have not hands-on tested this appliance. Our recommendations explain fit and tradeoffs, rather than assign a performance score.

Our buying guidance
A larger glass vessel without a second zone
Consider this format when you want to prepare, cook and serve from compatible glass and need a larger vessel than the original Crispi kit. The two supplied sizes are alternative cooking containers. A larger dinner may still require batches if its ingredients need different settings.
Decide where the countertop base will live and how you will handle the hot vessel while serving. Swappable parts can be useful, but they add a storage and washing decision. We have not measured the assembled operating footprint or the usable cooking floor of this exact kit.
Manufacturer documentation
What the AS101LG listing confirms
The exact Bone listing identifies 1800 watts, six cooking functions, adjustable temperature control and included 6 US quart and 2.5 US quart glassware. Our capacity filter converts the larger 6 US quart active vessel to about 5.678 litres; it does not add the smaller container.
The listing’s headline is six-in-one, and its detailed text combines Bake/Proof in one place. We retain the documented six-function description without turning it into an unverified seventh independent mode. Cross-check the supplied instructions if proofing is a decisive requirement.
Third-party test
External testing is related-version context
Homes & Gardens describes testing a Crispi Pro for a week, including practical cooking and handling impressions. The article does not establish that its tested colour, suffix and bundle match AS101LG. Its observations are linked as family-level context rather than assigned to this exact kit.
We have not verified an exact AS101LG owner-review population in this pass. That gap remains explicit. A related Pro’s enthusiasm or complaint is not a defensible star average for this model, and the absence of complaints is not proof of durability.
Our buying guidance
Pro versus original Crispi or DualZone
If the original container fits your ordinary meal, ask what the larger vessel changes before replacing it. If the problem is cooking two foods independently, DualZone is the relevant layout to investigate. The Pro’s swappable kit cannot reproduce two separate cooking zones.
Confirm the exact US suffix, approved containers and local electrical suitability before ordering. We do not yet promote this new record through the model finder because electrical/manual and independent fit evidence need a further pass. It is a researched catalog addition, not an assertion of local availability.

Questions to settle before ordering
Can both supplied containers cook at once?
No. These are interchangeable vessels for one cooking position. Filter capacity uses the larger vessel alone.
Are the Build Your Own bundles the same kit?
Accessory selections can differ. This record follows the fixed AS101LG Bone listing and its stated included parts, not a configurable AS101LGSN bundle.
