We found the Ninja AF451 Pro works well for cooks who want precision temperature control without a separate meat thermometer. The built-in probe told us exactly when our chicken hit 165F, which is genuinely useful. At $150 it costs $30 more than the AF161 for the thermometer and an extra 0.5 qt of capacity, so the value depends on how often you cook proteins.
