It delivers the same cooking performance as the AF400EU in a footprint that is over 10 cm narrower. The trade-off is height. If you have at least 50 cm of clearance above your counter, this is genuinely the better choice for small European kitchens.

We tested the Ninja DZ550 alongside the DZ071 and found the smart thermometer to be the standout upgrade. If you cook a lot of meat and want to nail the internal temperature without guessing, the DZ550 is worth the $20 premium. For everyone else, the cheaper DZ071 does the same core job.
