Where it shines is versatility. The rotisserie produced an evenly browned 4.5 pound chicken in about 70 minutes and the dehydrate function made solid beef jerky. If you have the counter space and want to consolidate your small appliances, this is a smart buy at 180 dollars.
COSORI Dual Blaze 6.8-Quart Smart Air Fryer
The COSORI Dual Blaze is one of the few air fryers where the headline feature actually delivers. We tested it side by side with single-element models and the dual heating elements produced more even browning on chicken thighs, pork chops, and vegetables with significantly less flipping. The WiFi control through VeSync is a nice bonus. At around 140 dollars the price is fair for the technology. Our main concern is long-term reliability of the touch panel based on user reports, but the 2-year warranty provides some peace of mind.
