- Nonstick coating on the basket can show wear after about a year of regular use
Our Verdict
The COSORI Original 3.7 qt was a breakout hit when it launched and it still cooks well. The 11 presets with preheat and shake reminder give it more polish than most compact fryers. But the market has moved on. The newer COSORI Lite 4 qt offers a larger basket and app control at a similar price. We would recommend the Original mainly if you find it on sale below 60 dollars, where it becomes an excellent value. At full price the Lite is the better buy.
