Notre verdict
We tested the Pro 4L side by side with the cheaper 3.5L and the dual-speed fan makes a real difference. Frozen fries came out about 15% crispier at the edges with more even browning across the batch. The ceramic coating also held up better over 3 weeks of daily use with no visible scratching. At 999 kr it is a worthwhile upgrade if you cook for 2 to 3 people regularly, but the 3.5L is still the better pick for solo use.
