We think the Dash Compact is the best air fryer for dorm rooms, RVs, or anyone cooking for one. At 5.4 lbs and about $40, the investment is minimal. We cooked single servings of fries in about 15 minutes with good crispiness. Do not expect to feed a family with this, but for solo meals and snacks, it does the job remarkably well for the price.
