We consider the EZ801D the best single-basket Tefal for families of 3 to 5. The 6.5 L capacity is the sweet spot between the 5 L Max and the 8.3 L Dual. We fit a 1.2 kg whole chicken with room to spare, and the 1700W element browned it evenly in 35 minutes at 200C. The grill plate is a genuine upgrade over models without one.
