Moulinex Easy Fry Infrared 7L
We were impressed by the value here. For 100 EUR, Moulinex is offering a 7 L air fryer with infrared heating and a digital display. In our tests, the infrared element heated up about 20% faster than a comparable convection model. Fries came out evenly golden across the batch with less need to shake mid-cook. The catch is that this is a newer product with a smaller user community, so finding third-party recipes optimized for infrared takes more effort. If you want a large-capacity fryer on a budget and do not mind experimenting with timing, this is a strong buy.
Moulinex Easy Fry Max EZ245B
We think the Easy Fry Max hits the sweet spot for most French households. At 80 EUR, you get a 5 L digital air fryer that does 90% of what 150 EUR models do. In our tests, frozen fries came out golden in 18 minutes and chicken wings needed about 22 minutes at 200C. The 8 presets cover common foods adequately. The build quality is not as premium as Philips or the higher-end Tefal models, but for everyday use at this price, we have no real complaints. This is where we point people who ask us what air fryer to buy on a budget.
