The two-tray setup is practical for weeknight dinners where you want protein and veggies done at the same time. It is bulky, but if you have the counter space and a family to feed, this oven-style unit earns its spot.

We think the Instant Vortex Plus ClearCook solves one of the biggest daily frustrations with basket air fryers: not being able to see your food. The window stays clear enough during most cooking to tell if fries need a shake or chicken needs more time. At 5.7L with 1700W the cooking performance matches the Ninja and Cosori models in its price range. At 110 EUR it is a moderate premium over windowless competitors, but we found ourselves opening the basket 50% less often, which means faster cooking and better results.
