COSORI Dual Blaze P583S 6.4L

We tested the Dual Blaze P583S as the premium single-basket COSORI. The no-flip cooking from the dual heating elements works well. We cooked chicken thighs, salmon fillets, and fries without opening the basket once, and results were evenly browned on both sides. The question is whether the 12 presets and marginally larger basket justify 20 EUR more than the TurboBlaze. For most people, the TurboBlaze at 100 EUR is better value, but if you want the most presets and the best energy rating in a COSORI, this is it.

COSORI Pro XL II Air Fryer 5.8QT

The COSORI Pro XL II is the best-looking air fryer in the COSORI lineup. The stainless steel finish and improved build quality make it feel like a 200 dollar appliance. Cooking performance is a modest step up from the Pro II thanks to 360 ThermoIQ heat circulation. The challenge is positioning. At 130 dollars it sits just 10 dollars below the Dual Blaze which adds dual heating and WiFi. We recommend the Pro XL II to buyers who want a premium-looking appliance but do not need smart features.
