The build quality will not win awards, but for the price you get a functional air fryer with a digital display and dishwasher-safe parts. It is the gateway air fryer for budget-conscious German kitchens.

We see the MD 17320 as the family-sized upgrade from the popular MD 17769. The jump to 5.7L and 1700W makes a real difference when cooking for 3 to 4 people. At 65 EUR it costs just 15 EUR more than the smaller model and you get 1.2L of extra capacity plus a more powerful heating element. The same build quality caveats apply, but if you want the most liters per euro in a basket air fryer, the Medion XXL is hard to argue with.
