The Typhur Dome completely rethinks what an air fryer should look like, and we think the dome-and-plate design is genuinely better for many foods. Steaks, vegetables, and anything that benefits from a flat cooking surface came out noticeably more evenly cooked in our tests. The self-cleaning feature saved us about 5 minutes per use. At $330, this is for serious home cooks who air fry frequently and are tired of the limitations of traditional baskets.
