We were impressed by how well the Emeril Lagasse Power AirFryer 360 handles actual air frying compared to other oven-style models. The 5 heating elements and 360-degree circulation produce genuinely crispy fries and wings. The rotisserie function is a real bonus. At $130, it offers a lot of versatility, though you need to be comfortable giving up significant counter space for it.
