COSORI Dual Blaze P583S 6.4L
We tested the Dual Blaze P583S as the premium single-basket COSORI. The no-flip cooking from the dual heating elements works well. We cooked chicken thighs, salmon fillets, and fries without opening the basket once, and results were evenly browned on both sides. The question is whether the 12 presets and marginally larger basket justify 20 EUR more than the TurboBlaze. For most people, the TurboBlaze at 100 EUR is better value, but if you want the most presets and the best energy rating in a COSORI, this is it.
COSORI Lite 4.0-Quart Smart Air Fryer
We think the COSORI Lite 4.0 qt is one of the best compact air fryers for singles and couples. At around 70 dollars, you get app connectivity that most competitors charge twice as much for. The 4 qt basket handles about 2 servings of fries or 4 chicken thighs at once. If you need more capacity, look at the Pro II, but for small-batch cooking this is a strong pick.
