Moulinex Easy Fry Dual EZ905D
We tested the Dual alongside the Ninja DZ201 and found performance to be comparable. Fries in one basket, chicken nuggets in the other, both done at the same time using the sync finish feature. The main advantage over Ninja is price. At 180 EUR, it costs about 30 EUR less than the Ninja equivalent in France. The tradeoff is that Ninja has more online community support and third-party accessories. If you want dual-basket cooking from a French brand at a competitive price, the EZ905D delivers. For a household of 4 or more, the ability to cook two different dishes simultaneously saves real time on weeknight dinners.
Moulinex Easy Fry & Grill Inox
We see this as the Moulinex equivalent of the Tefal Easy Fry & Grill EZ505, and that is a good thing. The performance is identical since they share the same Groupe SEB platform. The stainless steel finish is the main visual difference and it does give the unit a more kitchen-worthy look. Grilled chicken thighs got visible marks in about 18 minutes at 200C. At 100 EUR, it competes directly with its Tefal sibling. We would pick whichever brand is on sale or better stocked at your local retailer.
