We were impressed by how well the Vortex Plus 10QT handles rotisserie cooking. The whole chicken we made came out with perfectly crispy skin and juicy meat in about 50 minutes. It is bulky, but if you have the counter space and a family to feed, this oven-style unit earns its spot.

The odor erase filter is a nice touch that we did not expect to appreciate as much as we did. If you are deciding between this and the base model, spend the extra $20.
