We think the Instant Vortex Plus ClearCook solves one of the biggest daily frustrations with basket air fryers: not being able to see your food. The window stays clear enough during most cooking to tell if fries need a shake or chicken needs more time. At 5.7L with 1700W the cooking performance matches the Ninja and Cosori models in its price range.
