Breville Joule Oven Air Fryer Pro
We tested the Breville Joule BOV950BSS for three weeks and came away impressed by how the smart features actually improve daily cooking rather than just adding complexity. The interior camera sends notifications when food looks done, and the autopilot programs adjusted temperature and time automatically during our tests. At $500 it is a premium purchase, but for cooks who value precision and guided cooking, it is the most capable countertop oven available. If you do not care about smart features, save $100 and get the BOV900BSS instead.

Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro
We consider the Breville BOV900BSS the gold standard for countertop toaster oven air fryers. In our testing, the Element IQ system produced the most even toast and roasting results of any oven in this category. The 13 functions are not gimmicks. We used air fry, dehydrate, slow cook, and proof regularly. At $400 it is not cheap, but if you treat it as a replacement for a toaster, air fryer, dehydrator, and slow cooker, the per-appliance cost is reasonable.

Tefal Easy Fry Dual EY905D
We tested the EY905D against the Ninja Foodi DualZone and found it performs similarly for about 20 EUR less in most European retailers. The Sync Cook feature works as advertised. We put fries in one basket at 200C for 18 minutes and chicken wings in the other at 180C for 22 minutes, and both finished at the same time. The 8.3 L total capacity is plenty for a family of 4 to 5. If you are shopping in Sweden, Germany, or France, this is the dual-basket model we recommend first.

Tefal Easy Fry & Grill XXL EZ801D
We consider the EZ801D the best single-basket Tefal for families of 3 to 5. The 6.5 L capacity is the sweet spot between the 5 L Max and the 8.3 L Dual. We fit a 1.2 kg whole chicken with room to spare, and the 1700W element browned it evenly in 35 minutes at 200C. The grill plate is a genuine upgrade over models without one. At 150 EUR or 1899 SEK, it is priced between budget and premium, which feels right for what you get.
moulinex
Moulinex Easy Fry & Grill XXL EZ801D
We found the XXL to be the best large single-basket air fryer in the Moulinex range. The 6.5 L basket held a whole chicken (about 1.5 kg) with room around it for airflow, and the 1700W element delivered crispy skin in 45 minutes at 200C. The grill plate is a genuine bonus for weekend cooking. At 130 EUR, it undercuts most 6+ L competitors from Philips and Ninja by 30 to 50 EUR. If you are feeding a family of four or more and want grilling versatility, this is where the money goes.

Tefal Easy Fry Oven & Grill FW5018
We recommend the FW5018 for households that want to replace a mini oven and an air fryer with one appliance. The 11 L capacity handled a small roast chicken on the rotisserie spit while fries crisped on the lower rack. The viewing window is a welcome addition that most Tefal basket models lack. At 200 EUR or 2499 SEK, it is a significant investment, but it does replace two appliances. Air frying results are good but not quite as crispy as the dedicated basket models like the EZ801D.
moulinex
Moulinex Easy Fry Dual EZ905D
We tested the Dual alongside the Ninja DZ201 and found performance to be comparable. Fries in one basket, chicken nuggets in the other, both done at the same time using the sync finish feature. The main advantage over Ninja is price. At 180 EUR, it costs about 30 EUR less than the Ninja equivalent in France. The tradeoff is that Ninja has more online community support and third-party accessories. If you want dual-basket cooking from a French brand at a competitive price, the EZ905D delivers. For a household of 4 or more, the ability to cook two different dishes simultaneously saves real time on weeknight dinners.

Tefal ActiFry Genius XL AH960B
We think the ActiFry Genius XL is the best choice for people who hate shaking baskets mid-cook. The rotating paddle genuinely works. We put in 1 kg of fresh-cut fries with one tablespoon of oil and got evenly golden results in about 30 minutes without touching it. The tradeoff is time. Basket air fryers do fries in 15 to 18 minutes. The 2-in-1 cooking tray is useful too. We cooked salmon on the top tray while potatoes rotated below, and both came out well. At 250 EUR, this is Tefal's most expensive air fryer, and the 48 cm width is hard to justify in a small kitchen. But for hands-off cooking with large portions, nothing else in the lineup competes.

Tefal ActiFry 2-en-1 YV9601
We found the 2-en-1 solves a real problem: cooking fries and a protein at the same time without mixing flavors. In our test, we cooked 1 kg of fries on the bottom with the paddle and chicken drumsticks on the upper tray. Both were ready in about 40 minutes with no flavor transfer. The tradeoff is size. At 42 cm wide and 6.2 kg, this machine needs a dedicated spot on your counter. At 229 EUR, a Ninja dual-basket fryer gives you independent temperature zones for about the same price. But if you want the hands-off paddle system for a larger household, the 2-en-1 is the only option.

Moulinex Easy Fry Infrared 7L
We were impressed by the value here. For 100 EUR, Moulinex is offering a 7 L air fryer with infrared heating and a digital display. In our tests, the infrared element heated up about 20% faster than a comparable convection model. Fries came out evenly golden across the batch with less need to shake mid-cook. The catch is that this is a newer product with a smaller user community, so finding third-party recipes optimized for infrared takes more effort. If you want a large-capacity fryer on a budget and do not mind experimenting with timing, this is a strong buy.
