Best Air Fryers for dual zone

We tested the Ninja DZ550 alongside the DZ071 and found the smart thermometer to be the standout upgrade. If you cook a lot of meat and want to nail the internal temperature without guessing, the DZ550 is worth the $20 premium. For everyone else, the cheaper DZ071 does the same core job.

We prefer the Ninja DZ071 FlexDrawer over the traditional dual-basket models for everyday cooking. The single wide drawer is just easier to work with, and the food comes out noticeably crispier thanks to better airflow. If you have the counter space and budget, this is a better buy than the DZ201 or DZ401.

We found the Beautiful TriZone to be the most interesting dual-zone alternative on the market. Having 3 zones instead of the usual 2 means you can cook a complete meal (protein, vegetable, starch) all at once. The sync-finish feature worked reliably in our tests. At $90, it is well-priced for a 9 qt multi-zone fryer, though each individual zone is only about 3 qt.
